I've had over 10 years experience coaching hundreds of runners at all levels to parkrun PB's and I've made this with my special touch, there's nothing out there like it.

You'll get the 12 week parkrun training plan with workouts that are sent straight to your watch, a systematic build to peak performance over the block, but you'll also get more. Weekly notes, my Dynamic warm-up series, my Build a mantra guide and the opportunity to taste what it's like to have a running coach (without the actual 1:1 coaching). I'll be there to give you feedback when your block is complete and you're flying at parkrun!
