Personalised training that’s truly individual
Your plan is built entirely around you - your history, current fitness, running goals, schedule, and other commitments. I’ll provide you with a personal roadmap to race day so you know how we’ll connect along the way and how your training will progress.
I’ll help you stay consistent and make smart training decisions, ensuring you’re improving without overdoing it. You’ll always know what to focus on next and why, so when race day arrives, you can stand on the start line knowing you’ve done everything you can to prepare.
High-access coaching & clear communication
You’ll have direct access to me as your coach, no barriers, no automated messages.
I monitor your progression through weekly online check-ins and a monthly call or Zoom session, giving you space to ask questions and stay confident in your training.
Adaptive, real-life planning
More than just a training plan, you’ll have an experienced running mentor in your corner. I’ll help you set realistic goals, map your race calendar, balance training and recovery, and manage the mental side of performance.
I’ll celebrate your wins, help problem-solve when things get tricky, and (when needed) give you a gentle nudge to stay consistent.
Run-specific strength training
Twice-weekly strength training sessions designed by an Exercise Physiologist specifically for runners.
These sessions are integrated alongside your run training and progress in line with your build towards race day, supporting performance, durability, and injury prevention.

You’ll receive access to a suite of supporting resources to guide you through each phase of training, including:
A personalised roadmap outlining your journey to race day
Mental performance resources (visualisation audio + mantra builder)

One-on-one sessions
Included across your coaching block are targeted 1:1 sessions to support your training and race execution:
Monthly progress & check-in calls (30 minutes)
Race nutrition planning session + follow-up (2 × 15 minutes)
Pre-race planning & strategy session (1 × 30 minutes)
Post-race debrief covering recovery, feedback & next goals (1 × 30 minutes)
Community connection
You’ll also be invited into Team Coach Kate - a private Facebook group where athletes share advice, wins, race updates, and motivation. It’s a supportive space to learn, celebrate, and connect with runners on similar journeys.
